Illumirail® is a stylish and practical lighting application for incorporating into handrailing installations.
With the choice of RGB, coloured and bright white LEDs, it doesn’t just aesthetically provide the finishing touch to any handrail project, it also offers a solution to safety and security issues surrounding dark stairwells and walkways. Illumirail® can be fitted in wall or post mounted handrailing and offers 3 installation choices:
- Pod System – Can be fitted into any round 42.4 or 48.3 mm handrailing. It uses a 12V DC and requires a 70W transformer connected to 230V AC 50 Hz
- Bar System – fits into our standard 42.4mm split tube handrail. It uses a 12V DC and requires a 70W transformer connected to 230V AC 50 Hz
- Strip System – fitted into our standard 42.4mm split tube handrail and uses 12V DC and requires a 33W transformer connected to a 240V AC 50Hz supply (supplied in the LED kit)
